Memberships

Give an individual or family the gift that keeps giving all year long, a membership to the North Carolina Zoo Society. Membership benefits include free admission for a year to the North Carolina Zoo, a subscription to Alive magazine, and access to the Zoo Society's members-only picnic areas, to name a few. Memberships start at $69 for an individual or $109 for a family.

Ride-and-a-Guide

Gift a private tour of the Zoo with a professional guide! The North Carolina Zoo Society offers "Ride-and-a-Guide" programs for small groups wishing to visit the Zoo in the company of a Society professional.  Ride-and-a-Guide tours must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Holiday Adopt "Sandy Claws" is Coming to Town

Adopt “Sandy Claws” this holiday season and become the proud parent of a Zoo Sand Cat. The $100 adoption package includes an adorable, cuddly plush Sand Cat, a festive adoption certificate, and a fact sheet on sand cats. We can also include a personal message from you with the package.

Special American Red Wolf Adoption

Proceeds from this special adoption package will support the Zoo’s ongoing efforts to save the American Red Wolf from extinction and help restore it to part of its former home in North Carolina. The $200 adoption package includes a "smart" plush Red Wolf, a red wolf fact sheet, a magnet, a copy of the story Freedom's Howl, a personalized adoption certificate, and more.
