Other zoo positions that support N.C. Zoo and it's animals include: Horticulture technician, Special Events Marketing, Media Relations, Computer Network Engineer, Web Developer, Ticket Sales, Gift Sales, Ranger, Foodservice, Education Assistant, Purchasing Assistant, Custodial and Design. For those candidates interested in the Zoo's private, non-profit fundraising operations and marketing you may contact the N.C. Zoo Society.
We strive to provide our visitors with the best Zoo experience. To accomplish this goal, we need talented people, working together productively.
At N.C. Zoo, everything's geared to your success - from training, to personal 'mentoring' - to all kinds of 'extra curricular' activities like our Holiday Luncheon, Thanksgiving Luncheon, and 'Mater Lunch (pictured at right). These activities provide an informal opportunity to interact with fellow Zoo employees.
In fact, there are countless reasons to join N.C. Zoo, and even more to stay.
