Zoo Gift Cards
The Zoo offers gift cards for purchase at the Zoo or by phone.
Buying Gift Cards
At the Zoo, visitors may purchase gift cards from admission booths and from Explorers' Store, Kids' Junction, and Safari gift shops. To order gift cards by phone, please call 336-879-7700 or 1-800-488-0444 x7700.
Gift cards can be purchased for any dollar amount and expire one year from date of purchase. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, checks and cash are accepted. Checks require valid photo identification.
Four gift card designs are available- a polar bear, lion, elephant, or zebra.
Where Can I Use My Gift Card?
Gift cards can be used at the entrance gates for Zoo admission, the Carousel and the Adventure 4D ride. The card is also accepted at the following locations: Explorers' Store, Kids' Junction, and Safari Gift Shop. Locations accepting the gift cards display "North Carolina Zoo Gift Cards Accepted Here" signs in the store windows. Find locations on Park Map.
