Ask for Help
Uniformed Zoo staff are available to answer visitors' questions. Park rangers patrol the Zoo and can help with medical emergencies, locating a lost child or getting directions. Visitor Center offices are located in the Africa Akiba Market and North America Plaza. To receive general visitor assistance or to check the lost and found, locate the Visitor Center offices at each Zoo entrance.
