In early 2004 the Zoo undertook a massive overhaul of it's four year old design.
After several rounds of testing with school teachers and other individuals outside the organization, the North Carolina Zoo launched it's re-designed Web site in November 2004.
This section was developed to help those who may have difficulty with viewing the Web site.
Problem:The big blue menu on the left side of the page is always on top and covers half the Web page.
Solution: The problem described is usually caused by using an older version of a web browser. A web browser is a software program installed on your computer that allows you to view web pages. To fix your problem we suggest upgrading your web browser.
Our Web site supports and has been tested, with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Opera & Mozilla.

Service Provider's Technical Support Department or Information Technology Department.
