It is the policy of N.C. Zoo to conduct it's operations in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner; to comply with environmental laws and regulations; to reduce its use of resources and generation of waste; to strive for continual improvement; and lead by example.
The Zoo requests that you honor this policy and adhere to the spirit of it. Depending on the nature of your contract, product or service, you may be requested to follow a specific procedure that has been developed as part of our Environmental Managment System certified as in compliance with the ISO 14001 standard.
